Favourite Rice Dishes?

Mine are : risotto, sauteed rice with spices, meats and veggies, as a side with ketchup or soy sauce, sushi and Indian, Thai and Japanese rice curries. What's yours?

We make our own stir-fry here with sauces & spices. When we go out, we look for Thai food, though not overly spicy.
