Favourite Thai Dishes?

I personally am particularly fond of : mango or pineapple curry on rice, peanut butter and sesame chicken or noodles, pad sew, pad Thai. How about you?

We had a favorite Thai restaurant we always frequented but they had new management a few years ago & their food wasn't as good anymore. We would always get the Spring rolls, Tom Yum soup, Pad thai as well as some other dishes.

There used to be a Thai restaurant in Chicago that I absolutely loved and got the same dish every time called Young Corn Chicken. I can't find any other place that has that exact flavor and I keep trying. I like to eat Pad Thai but not all places can make it well enough.
