FC wants a banner

FC is a new forum, and we desperately need a banner!
here's what i want:
white flag, not wavy.
FC in the middle left, rays of red sunlight radiating off.text is red.

take that image, size it really small so it can fit in, flag is red with FC in white text.
pic in middle right.

1st - Size

2nd - A white flag or red or both?

3rd - Do you just want that image there or a new one with that image in it?
