Last time I went to the doctor approx. 2 weeks ago I was at the weight of 151 pounds. Im not the person that engorges himself with food, because Im never really hungry. The thing is that here lately Ive been a lot hungrier and Im pretty sure Im eating more than the recommended 2000calories, the thing Im wondering is if its bad? Please Provide Feedback and Im 15 btw.
 
You are too young to worry about your weight... Unless you are training for some sports team.
Don't count calories. Just eat not so bad food and plenty of fruits and veggies whenever you are hungry and you should be fine.
 
I beg to differ Theezy, at any age it's bad to consume to much food. Once you set your habbits (younger ages especially) you tend to not stop.

Just watch what you eat and exercise daily.

My point was, a teenager shouldnt be worried about how many calories are in everything. Just eat the right stuff. If you eat 3 balanced meals a day, you should be fine. People tend to get obsessed with those 'Nutrition Facts' labels.
Of course its unhealthy for anyone at any age to "consume too much food"

151 pounds = almost 69 Kilos

Nah, seriously 68 kilos isn't over weight..

Im 70 Kilos at 15, but I am very tall 😛.

Orc, 68 kilos for a 15 year old male, is fine over here, if anything your only 1-2 kg over weight so don't sweat it :great:

I think young people have way too much pressure from soceity to "eat well"
No wonder there are so many eating disorders in the world when you are faced everyday with critics.

I have a teenage daughter myself and it does concern me at how "focused" she is on what she eats.
At that age it really shouldnt be a focal point.

The way I see it, if you want to eat something - have it. It's tiresome seeing people around you counting calories and checking how many grams of fat something has. Life should be enjoyed, nowadays people are just making themselves unhappy getting depressed over the number on some food wrapper.

*sigh*
 
If you want to loss some weight go outside and play with your friends or walk at least half hour. Also how tall are you? If you are 15 but 6 feet you’re not over weight.
 
Dude you are wayyyyyyy too young to worry about what you eat. I'm 16 and I eat so much shit. I'm 6' 2" and weigh 183.
 
you're pretty skinny, don't waste it. Eat healthily, exercise -- get a six pack and the ladies will come with it 😉

What do you like doing, I find pretty much everyone likes riding a bike, do that often.
