Hi buddy, I can see the problem with the logo as you have perhaps done the reverse process, remember that a .png or any rastor graphics file will not lose much quality on shrinking but will lose quality drastically on enlarging.
From what I can see at minimum window size your logo shrinks to very perfect quality and that I think is it's original size and as the window and logo gets bigger quality reduces, maybe you should try the other way around for scaling with the logo initially starting at it's original size and scaling down as window is minimized.

Other than that what others have said, yes your site needs a overhaul in looks but in my opinion and experience as a designer you don't need to change much in colors or graphics, what you have to change is the layout and typography in your site as your current looks are good enough for your site but the layout is a bit on the childish side, make it more sophisticated and organized and your site will look very professional,

Also in all likelihood change the color of text in logo from orange to the shade of blue from the arrows.
 
You logo is nice. according to my opinion, you should do small size best for your website design.
