But it's bit to overwhelmed with text on first page....

Looks very smart and professional Ace, it would certainly give me confidence in doing business with the site.

One small suggestion is that I would consider filling in the white space below the "FEATURES LIST:" and "ANNOUNCEMENTS" sections at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest working on a custom theme or a modified version of the current. The front page needs to be much simpler and to the point. Use as many pictures and big text as possible to grab user attention. People don't want to sit through long pieces of text. Have the live support more obvious as most potential clients will have questions if your a new host.

We do let them sign up using sub domains. We have 3 sub domains available.

No, we currently dont but that would be a good suggestion. If you would like a 1 month free trial period, just PM me. I am willing to give out some.

I may be interested for a new project, I'll contact you in the future but I was mainly giving a suggestion. If you do implant make it big and bold on the homepage. If someone has 10 hosts open and they're skimming through tabs they're not going to notice the small print, 1 month trial period.

Its a Premium WHMCS theme. Its not template monster, no.
