I don't like the style in general, it's to 'blocky' for my liking and the colour of blue you have is not that appealing for me personally. Do you have any alternatives? I also think the logo, with just the text and centered would look better without the extra bits on the side.
I agree with Dan. I dislike the general style, but you do have the concept going nicely. The style just doesn't seem welcoming in my opinion. The logo could be moved down about 20px as it's touching the top border.
BTW, reviews aren't something "official". It's still people's opinions. My or Dan's review is as good as those reviews because we stated our opinion and justified it.

The icons are generic, but I don't know if you can in fact change that in ProphpBB. As for score man, don't worry about it. No forum should deserve a good or a bad mark, and a 75/100 from reviewer A might be different from a 75/100 from reviewer B. However, you did get Dy.namik as a reviewer. Nothing's wrong with him, he's a good young reviewer (and a rather easy marker), but don't ever think your forum does not need improving. But you should listen to dotDavid and Dan. They know what they're doing and they're both very experienced.
As for reviews, I kind of find it better off if score was abandoned altogether (like a TAZ review), but that could be just me.

It looks like your are doing really well with it, I have to agree with David and Dan though, as it's a general chat forum it would be nice to see a more themed style. My style choice is way more out there than the normal plain ones, I get bored with them quickly, I like quirky not the usually professional and clean look. It is only a matter of opinion though and that choice is yours, the forum it's self looks like it's really taken off. Well done 🙂
I really like your banner at the top. The text is easy to read which can be said for most banners/logos on forums. The images also go well with the niche of your forum.

For 74 members you have over 4000 posts which is great. It shows you have some active members and that they like to stay at your board, so you must be doing something right.
You also have 2 administrators which is the right amount of staff members for the size of your forum, I wouldn't hire anyone else at the moment I would wait until you get a couple hundred more members, or you get some really active posters.

While talking about this guy, it may also be worth note that I had a chat with him, and he told me that, although he followed the "format" for review, he took liberty with the "style," and the higher ups fortunately liked it. I much prefer his style, though I am not in the habit of adding nearly as much narrative as he does.
