The background image you're using behind the board listings ... oh my. Have you actually seen what it does?
It just looks random and has no flow with the board headings. The text for the headings are almost non-existent cause of the white text on the white background, except for a little shade of pink from the random image, which I can see a "P".
The repeating banner up top, it's a real eyesore. You need one consistent banner to flow the entire width , or don't have it set to repeat.

I'm inclined to agree with hcf above me. That background image is quite simply abit of an eyesore! I don't get what it's meaning is or why it is there or even what the picture is. Maybe you should considering having just the one background beneath the board's.
