Do you release feedback forms for members to put down their suggestions and thoughts? The suggestion board is there, however some people might want to post anonymously, or rather don't know they CAN submit their suggestions so using the form would be an open invite to post their feedback. Does anyone else release these kind of forms?
I usually did them once a month, sent out a mass PM and with questions and what not, and it usually worked better than the suggestions board. 😛
I never have, and I don't really feel like I necessarily ever will. It seems like something that would work pretty well, however. It's a pretty nice idea!
I have a section for this as well but members are welcome to message or email a staff member if they would like to be anonymous. I could see a 1-2 year feedback survey sent to all members working well if you have a big enough or engaged forum.
I don't think feedback forms would be too attractive really and personally never used them. I have a feedback section so that people can post what they think of us and how we could improve whenever they feel like they want to
