It looks good! I like a forum with a theme but also has general topics that are laid back. Would it be an option to include more info on tech for those of us who are newbies? Like how to create your own forum, etc?

The start of it is great. Good amount of topics and forums and members. You have done a great job so far but what sets it apart?
The theme has been overused and nothing special anymore. I suggest getting a custom one.
I also suggest upgrading software at some point.

my suggestions would be:
Theme/design - get something to stand out.
get a domain for .com or .net
Upgrade software to a more high-tech software like ipb or XenForo.

develop a team of reviewers to do video and written reviews on new tech.
