Hey ,

We the staff are looking to always improve this site so each and everyone one of you uses us on a regular basis. What we would like from each and everyone of you is your 100% honest feedback about what is good and what is bad about this site so we can make it the site that you all want to use, we have a topic here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2359

So for now we will let you the members post to it for a few weeks before any of our staff adds replies so this will give you all chance to have your say about your site, if however you wish to leave feedback in private then please private message me

We have been going since 19/4/10 and are very active, I don't want any posts about software or the style of the site please.
 
Firstly I must say that your staff moderation and activity is brilliant. I go there everyday and I see at least 2 staff members on at the same time. Most forums I have visited recently have no staff logged on, or they do and lg back off after a minute. Your staff stays online, interacts with the members and do their jobs well. To have such reliable staff like that can only mean one thing, you are doing something right.

As for negative feedback there is one rule I find a little strict. That is the rule regarding the Site Newsround forum you have. If a member creates a topic, they are not allowed to BUMP it, but any new information is supposed to be merged with the first post. This I think is a little strict because if you have more info you wish to add then only editing your first post won't mean all members read your post. Most of the members that read your topic will have read it and leave the topic, so what way have you of telling them there is more news?
 
John why you think that you allowed to bump after 24 hours its only in the job center forum we dont allow bumping
 
Great feedback John! I'd say TheHazey is a fast growing community. It has a great amount of posts + members. The forum is very professional.

I think it can improve on their speed of the graphics service 😀

It's something we are working on and Joel could you add it your posts please on our site so our designers can see
 
I don't like the colour of the theme, too much baby blue I think. Also the buttons such as Use Service, Submit, the font is hard to read or the colour of the button can be improved. I would also watch who you are hiring to be staff too.

Sorry my bad Ric, I meant Job Center. 😳 But yeah same thing. If a member reads the topic and then leaves and your aren't allowed to bump, how will the members that have already read your topic know when new information is added to the first post?
 
What do you mean watch who your hiring?

And if you have read my first post I said dont want any comments on the style.

Seen as how people cant not either read peoples ranks or topics or just don't know.

Anyone coloured purple are donators who have either payed for a psd file, premium service

Anyonce coloured gold are contributora and just like the valued contributors on here and they are give extra features as a way of saying thankyou for outstanding servie to our site

No you didnt you just clearly though two groups were staff when they were not that is all.
