You should really find a theme which suits your niche.

Activity:

Add some quailty posts like updates, match details etc.

The theme/skin needs much more work. Also, the large background should never have happened. It takes far too long to load (and I have reasonably quick cable). Sure we're in an age of fast download, but unnecessary download is never forgivable.
