I usually will take whatever a member has to say -- as far as suggestions go -- very seriously. I will assess what they have suggested/pointed action and take appropriate action based of that suggestion if I can. If I think it needs some discussion, I will pose a thread or just bring it up to the staff as an internal discussion.
I take things step by step and go thought the bugs and errors when a member posts, Most of the time when they post an bug, it's there end not the website.
I had one guy talking about reordering the images and whatnot
I reply to their concerns first, then I take their suggestions and share them with the other staff members. We then all vote if it should be implimented.
Suggestions should always be taken seriously. I will assess the suggestions and if it's something easy I'll implement it right there or decline the suggestion right there. If it's something more serious like adding a new board or member group, or a thread that talks about the activity of the forum, I'll consult my staff members and see if we can come up with a plan to solve, or at least compromise, with the members at hand.
