Ok so i recently decided to go advanced and get a premium hosting plan. I did. I then went and bought a full review of FP and when i got the results they were terrible.
Right now i need help because for some reason the theme i want isn't working because the logo dimensions are not working. I am also having trouble with the AutoMOD because it wont let me uninstall broken add ons! I am having a breakdown!

I would assume you got a review not of your liking since you are using the default phpbb theme. Not a good idea.
AutoMOD isn't reliable, though since you are using the default, it should work, 50% of the time. Others require hands on work and shouldn't be left to chance.
The forum doesn't feel like "Apple", so major change is needed. Just because you have advanced hosting doesn't mean you will get 100/100. A free forum hosted forum could easily beat anyones forum, as FP's review doesn't look at software and host.
I reckon change the theme and then look at the theme's logo size then create one according to.
No i'm glad that the review was critical. But i was doing well and now since i swapped it has made me realize I'm doing a horrible job. I'm not being snotty because i got a bad review. I think you have taken my post the wrong way which isn't your fault entirely. What i mean is i need support to help me firgure out how i can get AutoMOD working even if it only works sometimes.
I should have also mentioned I'm looking for someone willing to help for a month or so to get the forum up and going again since the switch has pulled it back to square one. I am also not saying the switch had anything to do with the review. The review was fair. What i said was that when i had switched and got a review the results were terrible. Meaning that i blame myself for those results. I'm sorry your interpretation of my post was wrong. 😀
Back when I used phpBB AutoMOD was junk, and it doesn't seem to have changed much... I'd stop using it as soon as possible. If you need MODs installed, make a topic in the marketplace. There are plenty of people would be more than happy to install any MOD you want for cash, FP$, or even just a linkback to their site.

Automod is bad as the people who use it, don't have much knowledge of php and forums in general. If something goes wrong then it puts the users in a mess that is more complicated then if you tried to install it manually.
If i install a mod manually and i get an error, it is easier to solve then trying to found out what automod had done (or hadn't done) and fix that.
The forum reviews don't mean crap. No offense anyone. If anything, they show you what one person thinks. Maybe you should change what they think. Or maybe not.
I get feedback everyday on my blog saying that they thought my blog was amazing and that they want to come back again and again.
Then I get a review from FP saying bad stuff about my blog.
Point is..don't listen to them. As said above, you had a default theme? Well that could be a reason.
Just don't give up!
SMF is great for someone who doesn't know coding at all. I've said this once, and I'll say it again. The package manager is one of the most underrated features in any forum software.
If you can understand FTP, installing mods on MyBB is really simple there too. Conversion to MyBB is simpler than SMF's from my past experiences (phpBB is supported in both cases).
