Design Quality:
When I first entered your forum, to be honest, I was expecting you to a little bit different "theme". I was expecting something a little bit more fantasy-esk, given the nature of your forum or the niche' you have. I think that a more fantasy style "theme" would be more appropriate given what kind of topics you have on your forum. I did notice the is a theme selector at the bottom of the index page, however, it wouldn't let me select any of the other "themes" from the drop down menu. The error message I got was that the others were disabled so I couldn't comment on the other possible "themes". Also, the way you have the chatbox set up on your forum is genius. I love the fact that it isn't in the way and doesn't interfere with the forum in any way, shape or form. However, I don't think I would have a chatbox this early in the forum because I think it would take away some of the discussion you could be having on your forum. If you wanted to add it after your forum has gained enough content and has become established, then I think that would be okay.
Poor
Originality:
RPG's aren't that uncommon so you have to do something to make yourself stand out from the crowd. I would start by offering something different than what other RPG's offer (or have offered in the past). I think you already offer more discussion areas than most other RPG's, which is a good step in the right direction. But you should take it a step further and offer other things to entice people to not only join but enjoy staying around. You could try recruiting other people to do exchanges with you, especially people who enjoy RPG's anyway. That should also help you out with making your forum look more interesting to others when you advertise.
Poor
Thing you liked best about forum: Plenty of room to discuss and have RPG's going.
Thing you liked least about forum: The "theme" didn't really fit in very well with the niche` and you need to stand out from the crowd.
Overall Mark:
There is plenty of potential for your forum to really do really well if you're willing to put the hard work into it. I wish you and your forum the best of luck in the future!
