Number of Members:
I see that alot of people visit the forum. It's a good start but you have 152 registered users and most of them don't post.
Number of Active Members:
There are a few dedicated members that keep posting. I would work on getting back the members that have registered by creating contests or fresh interesting topics that would captivate the audience.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise):
Not much spam, very good!
Appearance (first impressions):
Very dark. I dont like dark skins but I suppose it fits the content of the forum. I am not sure if you are going for the 'outdated' look but you've definitely made the forum look very old. I think a new skin would be very good for the community. It's quite depressing to see an all grey and black skin with a hint of color here and there.
Layout:
It seems like alot of the forum does not revolve around the topic. The topic of your forum should be the focus of the forum. It seems like you turned it into an advertising and general chat forum.
Moderation:
The moderators are doing a great job of keeping members in line that actually post.
Activity:
The activity seems to be a little bit low. I see topics mostly made by moderators and members of the staff team. Encourage members to make their own posts along with replies to other posts.
