Does anyone know where I can download this free?

I am making a phpBB theme an I want to use it in the title.

You can't download it for free, isn't the font called conco (can't remember)

Yes, it's a commercial font purchasable from http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fontfont/ff-cocon/.

As damo said, you cannot get it free. Some people may offer it to you for free, although as a Graphics Designer I will warn against the consequences of seeking commercial fonts with the intention of getting them for free. It's a prosecutable offense...gaining money (or an item) by deception.
