FFF & SFF Merged and New Tech Admin

SFF has been merged into the FFF now as the co admin retired, mod retired and the site was moving very slowly and wasn't worth the cost it was costing me. Also, the FFF now has a new tech admin by the name of Subz UK. He'll be helping out the forum with mods, template edits and stuff.
