Really like this but one thing we would say is that the text is quite difficult to read. Personally we would slightly darken the areas which are 'white hot' to try bring the type through a bit more, but other than that great.

reduce the glare or whatever it is !

Really you need to turn down the glare its a lot!!!!

Just lower the filling, and is that glare on top of the text?
