First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing my eye catches onto is your banner. The banner is nice but I think it needs a little more pep to it, perhaps adding a bunch of team logos along with the players, making it transparent, etc.
There are a ton of things you can do to improve the banner, you can hire a graphic designer, you can request a graphic here at FP, the possibilities are ever-extending.. the banner itself isn't bad, but it just doesn't give you that " wow, what a great banner " feeling.
I have to say the theme is magnificent. It fits right in with the forum genre and I love the soccer ball icons you selected.
Overall, if I were really interested in football ( soccer in the US
😀 ) I'd join in seconds.. the theme itself and the layout are really just out of this world... the only reason I took a point was for the banner.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Looking at the ' Final Whistle HQ ' , I see a few things I'd like to suggest.
While you didn't overdo the boards, you overdid the subforums.
First, you really don't need an entire subforum for updates, you can delete that and any type of serious update you can post in the News and Announcements board itself. I would suggest you make " Forum Help and Feedback " it's own board in the category, not a subforum... Staff Applications doesn't need it's own board really either, Staff Applications should be done privately via PM to the Administration.
I normally don't approve of an entire board for Competitions, but they seem to be a driving force in your forum so I say leave them!
And, the new member introductions area looks great there...
So, if you choose to take my advice and fix it up a bit, it would look like this:
Category: Final Whistle HQ
--Board: Announcements
--Board: Forum Help and Feedback
--Board: Official FW Competitions
( then the subforums remain )
--Board: New Signings
The UK Forums Boards look great, no problem with the setup here at all.
Other Football Forums seems good also, but I have a little problem with one board; the Player of the Month board is not needed. Just have a topic for it in the Announcements board.. it's a waste of space as a whole board.
Community Forums, we have some problems here.
Two words: Too many!
You don't need all these subforums. The less forums, the better. I can think of a way to cut out 3 of those subforums. Combine TV and Films, Gaming, and Music into a board called " Entertainment ", and you can knock out all of these.. it just doesn't look good to have a new forum with so many boards.
Then, you have Technology and Graphics to worry about-- all you've got to do with this is create a board called " Technology " and graphics can be redirected there, all fixed
🙂
I like the shop you have down there at the bottom.. nice idea.
Other than those things, your layout isn't bad.. The main problem is the excessive subforums.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your board was founded June 21st, and it is now July 4th.. consider that abotu 2 weeks... you've got 38 members, and 1500+ posts.. this is superb! You are doing great with promotion and exchanges, excellent work! Keep it up! Don't fall behind

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see one Administrator, and one Global Moderator. This is all you need for a while. Excellent job not circumbing to hiring new staff with every shmo who joins your website..
Both staff members appear to be quite active, and I noticed a great job welcoming new members and being kind in many threads.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
A few issues here...
The description for " Official FW Competitions " is a bit off-
As of now, it is the following: " Chat about FW Competitions in the main forum. Compete in them in the sub-forums. "
It should be: " Chat about FW Competitions in the main forum. Compete in them
within the sub-forums. "
Using the word " in " twice like that isn't correct English.
That's about it... for a sports forum the board is surprisingly professional and the spelling and grammar is all in order other than what I pointed out.

Final Remarks:
Your board looks great.. I see a TON of potential in your website. There are not a lot of problems, other than the excess of subforums in some categories, which I'm sure you'll fix up
🙂
I really think your forum has the potential to succeed.. you can do a lot better if you invest in a domain name.. this will improve your forums quality and allow easier access to the site, and also make it look 100 times more professional to have your very own domain!
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I absolutely loved the Theme and the dedication and activity of the Administrator and the Global Moderator.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The excess of subforums, plain and simple.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
If I lived in the UK, I'd probably consider.
Let's pretend I live in Scotland and I'm a football fan.. I would be all over this website if you made the boards less excessive and user friendly, and maybe came up with a new banner, and got a domain.
