Because this is a "What going on forum" and whats going on is my site became PR2

PR=Page Rank a method by google to rate website to show better results on its search engine.More PR your site have more chance that your site will come first while searching on google.

My site is a pr2 as well but I never thought to announce it as a milestone or anything.

Also from what Ive learned, PR2 isnt that great. The upside is that you have room for improvement. 🙂
