Find me a blog system!

Hey, I'm going to be re-designing my website soon and I want to have a blog system along side my phpBB3 forum. Simple enough, however I need a blog system which is what I'm finding hard to get hold of.

If someone could find me a decent blog system then I'd be willing to pay a certain amount of FP Cash for finding it. First off though, a few things...

• I don't want to use Wordpress, I will if there isn't anything else but I want something simple if it can be helped.
• It must have a comment system for guests and an admin panel to sort out things like categories etc.
• It must be easy to design, if I can insert a small bit of code on my page and it displays x posts that would be great.
• Each blog post having it's own page would be nice
• Doesn't require a database would be good but if it needs one that's fine to, but needs to be MySQL.
• MUST be free to download

I'll be willing to pay at least 5FP for every unique blog system that gets offered, however I'll decide wether you get the FP Cash, I don't want to be to specific but some people can get a little cheeky 😉

I would go with Blogger. The themes are pretty neat and nice, easy to work with, and you can monetize it.
