Find the owner of a theme

I have this IPB theme which looks really great and I have successfully converted it to MyBB (on localhost) and would love to put it live on my new forum, but since I haven't got permission to, I can't.

How would I go about finding the owner of the theme? It didn't have any copyright in the footer as I bought it a while back. Here is a screenshot of it converted to MyBB:

How could it be ripped if it is an actual IPB theme? It's not from another software, I converted it to MyBB myself on localhost.

He makes some great stuff. I ordered a custom skin a couple of years ago. I no longer use it though, which is kind of sad. Waste of money on my part. He did a great job on it though.
