Does it really take 48 hours to write a review? In the time it took you to write this post, and all of the posts explaining why you couldn't do reviews in the review staff forum, I think you could of had this review done.
Number Of Members: (9/10)
For your forum to have 67 members in about 3 months of being open is a good thing since this helps your forum in every way and means that you should get a handful of members in the future. I say keep trying your best not to get new members not joining your forum.
Number Of Active Members: (6/10)
Once again I notice that when I compare the amount of members to the amount I say have been active is a bit too large difference I say. Since I think that only about 10 of your members are active on your forum. I think you should try and encourage some members that haven’t posted much to post more on your forum.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (7/10)
I’m not saying that 848 isn’t the best for a forum under 3 months but it’s the best I seen on some. But it’s better than most forums I seen. One think I would say is that you could try to get some of your members posting more.
Appearance (First Impressions): (10/20)
I must say that it isn’t the best style out there since it’s just a plain style you got. I think that you could try getting a new logo that fits the skin more and maybe make some forum and topic icons. Or if there is a style the suits your forum you could use that.
Layout: (15/20)
Your forum layout covers the basics for a forum and haves. But one thing that could make it better if the ‘Debate Section’ was above ‘Chatter and Music’ since I don’t think it’s looks good with a gap between the both the areas that talk about religion.
Moderation: (8/10)
You do seem to have good moderation on your forum of your size. I don’t think there are too many mods of admins on your forum
Activity: (7/10)
You do get posts on your forum but not each day. I suggest that you get your members to post more each day on your forum.

From just reading around on your forum I didn’t really have a problem with this part of your forum.
