Finishing Touches

So I am just finishing up making my first real (and by that, I mean actually good) site, and I am putting on the finishing touches.

I am wanting to make sure that I am not forgetting anything vitally important to the sites success.

So my question is, when it comes to a new site, what is make it/break it for you?

What makes you stay at a site, and what makes you leave instantly?

UNIQUE CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT

easy to read, understand content

eye catching theme

spread the word out

something unique ( yes sometimes hard to define )

I'd first have to be interested in whatever the subject is.

Other than that, if the site looks very nice and eye-catching, that's what I'll notice right away. If it's not, I usually just drop it altogether.
