First Job

What was your first job? Did you like it? How much were you paid an hour?

If you haven't had a first job yet, what would you like to be your first job?

I worked at an indoor soccer arena. It was a lot of fun. I reffed there, did maintenance work, mowed their lawns with this huge ferris lawn mower, cleaned the place, and worked the concession stand. I was also only 16. A lot of fun.

My first job was an internship at an accountancy firm when I was 16. I really enjoyed it and it was a good experience to learn more about accountancy. I can't really remember exactly what the pay was as it was a very long time ago but it was quite low but that is kind of expected as I was only 16 and you couldn't do proper work until you are older.

Still working it. XD Anyway, mine was McDonalds. Been there like 8 years I think. Around there. I think my wage is $9 something.

First job while still in school was horrible. At a factory, no need to explain more. I hated it and it lasted 4 weeks, longest 4 weeks of my life.

First job after graduating was awesome, ended up working there for 2 years and 2 months. 🙂 Did a few temp jobs in between but I consider the job I have now, my second job.

My first job was office work (youth area). It was a 6 month placement. It was pretty fun actually, it was a little more than just being stuck in an office. I got paid at least £6 an hour, so the pay was decent. 😛

My first job was as an intern software developer at the company I still work at. I'm still at the same company, so in a way I have the same job, but I haven't been an intern there for years.

My first job was as a secretary of the school district, I worked for the "CTE" Career and Technical Education department. I took calls, wrote letters, and prepped for staff developments for the teachers. I worked there for a year and I made $9 an hour. I loved it a lot.

16 years old, started in December for one week then off for Christmas for 2 weeks, started again for the next six months, It was an deli food produce, with local food. I started at 8am till 10am then 4.30pm till 6pm ever weekday.

Oh that's less good then. I get around 90€ in one day (8h).
