Allowed licensed driver to drive vehicle instead of towing it and making them walk.

I did tell her that if she fixes the issues before 10/25/21, that I would drop both tickets. The reason why I gave her tickets is that she had already gotten a ticket from the neighboring city, but she continued to drive. I call it fixit tickets.
