Just one thing I wanted to point out:

Well, you have a graphics section, but truth is, not everyone who is creative on forums can do graphics. Some people are better at writing or poetry and want to share that stuff with the world. But without a general forum meant to accept both that stuff as well as the graphics, well, they have no place to post their things.

I actually find your forum moderately attractive. The moving banner is cool and you have a relatively original idea. Unfortunately all of my fish died before the first week is over so I can't really participate, hehehe. As a lot of people should do, I recommend you look into combining forums to make them look more full when ,possible.
