How many of you all are into your fitness? Any Bodybuilders, runners, swimmers here?

I've recently started to get myself in shape again, had a few years out from lifting and running and I feel great and don't feel as guilty spending a few hours on the internet a day.

Not into fitness per say but I am into staying fit. Which means I eat certain foods in moderation, jog regularly and run treadmill regularly. I also balance what I eat often, for example if I have pizza on one day, I'll do a salad the next day. If I'm having steak for dinner on one day, I'll be sure to drink water or wine along with that. I also don't do 3 meals a day like most people. I usually have something to drink for breakfast and maybe a bagel for lunch. On those days that I eat anything at all before 6 pm. I don't really have a full meal until dinner time. Beyond that, I stay away from hard alcohol and even farther away from drugs and related substances.

I have been overweight since the time I stopped biking due to the swollen muscle on my right leg. Since then, my weight was constantly increasing and I had to go on a diet to stop the piling up of fats on my body. Now I am into basic exercises at home, in the morning just to maintain my weight. So far, I am doing fine but I need to do more strenuous exercises if I want to taper my waist. That's a big task to think of.

I do a lot of walking daily which helps me to burn enough calorie and keep my belly in shape.

I am cynical about walking because I know it probably takes 20 miles for your legs to even get sore. Mine did when I walked 30 miles - but not sure at what point they got that way.

I personally just stick to walking. At my weight, if I were to go running, I would have to do quite a bit to get to the point of where I wouldn't mind running.

How about a treadmill and weight machine hooked to a computer? ha ha.. 😀

I do a good amount of swimming, and I started jogging in the morning when it's nice out.

I play badminton and practise martial arts 3-4 times a week (in total). I prefer building muscle through sports rather than going gym. It is a lot slower but I prefer improving my fitness and get my body in shape by doing something I enjoy. I don't want to go to the gym for the sake of building muscle as that is boring.

I think my fitness is alright for someone who never does any exercise, I guess I walk around to get places, if that counts lol

If I could I would be 100% into fitness and gym work, but illness means I can barely exercise. I do very light yoga and gentle swimming. That's all I can manage or I will end up bedbound.

I keep fit by hill walking when I can , but as I work 4 nights a week it can be hard
I am on my feet a lot with my job

oh bro ,I am not in the best shape today, I have been looking for motivation to do fitness and switch to a healthy lifestyle for a long time, I have been looking for a fitness blog for which I will start doing it and finally found a healthy lifestyle, I will try to get back in shape
