Okay, on Chatting Time, we have a flagging system in place where if there's a suspicious member, they get flagged and we can watch them more carefully. I'm starting to get upset with this system, however, as it seems to automatically flag people, and this already has had one member leave my forum in disgust, thinking this is how we treat all members, which is not fair nor is it true. It seems like every day, when I come on to my forum, it seems to flag people by itself, as when I see that a person has been flagged, I have to unflag them to avoid any mishaps or situations like the one I just had. Could this possibly be a glitch in the flagging system? Because we do have some Anti-Spam mods in place, and I think the flagging system is part of that. If that stupid system is going to start earning me a reputation as a bad forum owner, then I don't want it on my site. Because now I'm hearing, "why did you give me a warning? I didn't do anything wrong!" The problem is I don't give warnings for no reason at all, and suddenly this stupid system is leaving members to believe this is what I do, and I'm not like that. I need answers, and if it turns out to be a glitch where the flagging system automatically flags members, I don't want it on my forum anymore. The last thing I need is to have people say I don't run my forum right because people are getting warned for no reason at all.

Check the following setting for the antispam acp mod
Stop Forum Spam Action:
The action to perform when an account is registered and the profile information matches information stored on Stop Forum Spam

If you set it to flag then it will automatically flag new users that are suspicious although to my knowledge the user should not be aware that they are flagged. They especially should not get warnings from being flagged.

Good Morning, Fowler. While I'm not sure quite what he did exactly, my co-administrators adjusted some setttings accordingly so that it should hopefully stop people from getting flagged when they haven't done anything wrong to earn even a warning.

If you have multiple people editing one source, I'd make sure to keep a log of what edits one made so you can have it in case it breaks and you have to reinstall, or you have to work backwards to see the issue.
