First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice is the logo. It has a really really cool design on it and makes me anxious to scroll down and post. The logo is defiantly one of the high points in this forum.
The blue and dark blue blend well and this coming from someone who despises dark themes, that is very nice looking! All the colors flow well with the background and forums.
Although the one thing that also hits me in the face on first entrance is the "CLICK THIS LINK!!" in the nav bar. I have not clicked it yet because I do not know what it leads to. Give it a title, rather than a request. The ad box stands out way too much. Pale White on a dark theme stands out way too much and turns me off right there.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well first off, the ad box in your face is really poorly laid out. It seems as if you want me to click the ad. Change it to possibly a place for advertisers to put their banners, banners to flow with the theme. This will get you more money and more members.
I see one category with two forums in it, and under that I get a guest message. Try moving the guest message up so guests actually see it.
The forums look very well laid out. They match their category and are almost in perfect order. A++ on that mate!

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You only opened a couple weeks ago and you have half of a thousand posts. Considering the number, thats great. But do some more promoting! I know your forum as the possibility to become large and active, but it doesn't happen over-night (usually). I would try submitting it to search engines and doing post exchanges to get a higher post count. Otherwise your activity looks pretty good. I also see you had 10 members on today and it looks like they all posted today. Great activity bringing users back-wise.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum looks very well moderated, no spam, illegal, or pornographic posts in site. Your site looks very well watched and kept after. You do look sort of over staff with one admin, and a global mod. Community Staff has a member too. I don't get the point of the Community Staff. What do they do? Are they just moderators? A little overstaffed but kept clear.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well, the Latest News forum says
"All latest information about the board, and only this board." When it should read
"All the latest information about our board. The "And only this board". Part seems kinda redundant. You would only provide information on your board.
The "Community Area" forum reads
"All member compliments/rants goes in this section, including suggestions. If you think there is anything that is needed to be said, then all of it goes here.
". A better revision to try would be
"All member complaints, rants, and suggestions can be posted in here."
Otherwise, everything else looks great!

Final Remarks:
This is a great looking forum. It has good looks, great forums, and very nice activity. This forum has a bright future in a dark tunnel. Pushing a little harder will get your forum how you want it. Remember, success takes time, hard work, and dedication. To succeed with this forum, you have to work with it all the time you can, promote it all you can. For that, you will be paid back in the end.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The color scheme blended very well with the backgrounds in the forums and the background images. It was a very nice and warming color. It doesn't seem industrial or too 'home felt'. It is just right.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The ad boxes that blend horribly with the skin. I have never used a Zeta host, but I would try your hardest to get better fitting ads or sell banner space in there. The guest message placing also seems a bit odd, moving it up would help out a lot to your guests.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
Change up the ad looks and get a bit more activity.
