Let me share what I learned in organizing my emails. It is easier to locate a particular email if the emails are distributed in different folders. My online work results in lots of emails that I segregate into folders otherwise it will be difficult to find an email if they are altogether in the inbox.
 
Great advice! I am obsessed with email folders. I have ones for each client, vendor, and project. Plus, I have set up rules so that incoming mail is sorted for me. It makes things so much easier.
 
I have folders for my emails and they help me to keep my emails much organized.
 
I have folder's for each thing or whatever but for a business I would use another account just for that
