Your Quick Review
Pros:
- The skin of your forum is nice. It has a "dirty" look which would be appropriate for your forum. It's still easy to read though, and the color scheme is nice. I like it. Plus, the icons have a certain feel to them that look good for your type of forum.
- I like that you have a custom domain name, that makes your forum easier to access and looks better than having your host's default domain. Definitely something you want to maintain.
- You, unlike some forums I've seen, don't have too many off-topic boards. Some forums have almost as many of them as they do forums related to their purpose. I'm glad to see yours was different.
- You do not appear to be overstaffed. Mind you, I wouldn't be hiring any more staff. But for right now your staff is active and there only a few of you, so that's good. I would say your amount of staff is healthy.
Cons:
- What is with that banner? It has no images at all. It also doesn't match the background at all, and is huge. I would adjust that. Maybe you could try to get someone to make you one on FP's graphic exchange? Because it doesn't look good as it is now.
- Your activity is lacking. Your forum has been open for a few months, and doesn't even have 1,000 posts yet. That's not good. I have honestly seen forums that have been open 4 days that have better statistics then your forum.
- You have way too many forums. What's the point of having a How-to subforum in like most of the forums? Why can't you just have one, or just let them be posted in their main forum? For a forum of your activity, you don't have any reason to have that many forums. That also makes your forum look dead.
