Pros: I really like the change of your theme. The new theme is much more neutral than the last one. The last one looked really nice, too, but it was overwhelmingly bright. This theme also seems to have a much better physical layout. The actual blog posts seem to be wider now so that you're not constantly having to go to the next line while reading. That caused me to miss lines a lot when I was reading your old one. Overall, the change is great, and I'm glad that you made it.
You seem to have cleaned up the
spelling mistakes on your blog. I don't really see any mistakes in spelling in your last post, but just for future reference, you would say "nowadays" rather than "now-in-days."

Cons: There are still quite a few grammar mistakes in your posts. The grammar mistakes certainly don't make your posts illegible, but some people may take your blog less seriously because of them. You may want to try proofreading your posts for obvious grammar mistakes.
You're still posting tons of articles at once. I don't mean to discourage you from posting actively, but it can be overwhelming to see four or five new posts each day. You may want to limit yourself to one or two per day.
I see that your commenting activity has increased slightly, but your articles still aren't getting very much attention. See my original review for some advice that may be helpful to you.
Final/General Thoughts: You're getting better, but you're still not quite perfect. I think you've still got some work ahead of you.
