Pros
I like the layout of your forum, it is nice and clean with a good style. The logo and style work well together. The whole forum has a nice welcoming look.
I like that you have an open style to your forum with space for each category meaning the descriptions and titles are clear and easy to read. Having added a border makes a big difference to your forum!
I like the marker images used for your boards. It is nice to see unique images and that thought has gone into designing your site.
The board is nice and clean of spam, I see activity on your board and your staff seem to be coping well.
You have a good amount of boards with a surprisingly even post count in all of them.
Cons
I find the menu bar a bit too wide, I would suggest taking about 10px off the height.
Your site doesn't really feel like a gaming site, there are no gaming images anywhere. When visiting your site I can't really tell what your site is about.
Your board descriptions are short and look copy pasted. They sound very demanding, try to make them sound more welcoming and interesting.

It is a nice forum with a lot of potential, It just needs more of a gaming feel.
