Are you a follower or a leader.
A select few or people are leaders. They have strong personalities but are likeable. A lot of people think there a leader but there wrong. The people here have few leaders amongst us. Those guys/gals run vary successful forums/websites because they know how to run a website and manage there staff.

Followers follow the leaders for a reason either they like the person or they fell like they can benefit from following him/her.

So what are you a leader or a follower?

What i have always said to be a leader you be willing follow.( Interpret any way you please.)
I'm not going to lie i am a follower but i find it hard to follow people any more.

BTW Any follower can become a leader.

In parts of my life I'm a leader and in other parts I'm a follower...it's tough to say which I'm more of....

I like being the leader, but am not very good at it. I don't like being a follower, but am better at it.

Most things in life I consider myself as a leader, due to how I learn things as thorough as I can, and take the lead on directing people to do things, and showing others how to do stuff. Though there are a few things that I still consider myself as a follower, due to not enough know how, or because of my position in things.

My dad always tells me to be a leader. I think I am being a leader but it seems to him I'm not. 🙁

Leader.

I used to think I was always the follower, but I think I'm developing certain leadership qualities.

Maybe it's just me studying ancient warfare and military science clouding my thoughts. >.>

I can be a leader when the situation calls for it but being a follower is cool because when s**t hits the fan, you weren't the one in charge.

I can be both, depending on the situation. If I need to, I can take charge and be a leader, but other times, I just let someone else do it. I guess it just depends on what is going on honestly.

I think it's really hard for a person to be only a leader or follower. I think everyone has a mix of both in them, but most people have more qualities of one than the other.

I would say, at the moment, I'm more of a follower, just because it's easy for me to listen to other people, I'm more of a quiet person so I don't always have to be talking. However, on plenty occasions I have led projects, and my job title at the moment is an orientation leader. I don't think I would be one of twenty, chosen from eighty candidates, if I didn't have the appropriate leadership qualities 😛 I would also say that my job has helped me better develop those qualities of being a leader 😀

I'm going into business, so you better be able to be both a leader AND a follower, because if you can't shut up and let a project leader take charge, you might not be the best fit in most business situations 🙂

Gamrpro, you're young but carving your own way in life. Remember this: A leader doesn't let someone else tell him what he is. And as for me, I'm in the silent leader category.

I'd have to say that I'm both. I am a leader where I know what I am doing and have the strategy to take action. Also, I will be a follower when I am in the learning mode or just not ready yet.
