Pros
+ Your forum's layout is a lot better. Your forum isn't too active right now, so it has a perfect size. The members are having no problem keeping all the boards active, so the forum certainly doesn't appear dead with inactive boards. Eight boards in three categories is amazing, great job on that. I feel you could expand the main discussion category though.
+ I really like your forum's theme. It looks great and it fits your forum's genre. It's set up nicely. It looks like it may be custom as well. That's great.
+ Activity seems to be doing better. Most of the boards have had a post in the past 48 hours. That's always good. Don't forget to spread out activity. Also, activity needs to improve with your staff members. Once they start becoming more active, the possibilities are endless.
Cons
- I feel your staff team is too big and only one of the staff members seems to be contributing what he or she should be. Only one staff member averages more than two posts per day. Plus, your forum doesn't really even need four staff members as there is little moderating going on at this stage of your forum's development.
- The color scheme still seems to clash to me, as Tindris pointed out in her review. I think this may be fixed if you make the gray just a little bit lighter. It could make a big difference. That's the only problem I have with the color scheme though, the color scheme is actually a pretty good one and it fits your forum's genre.
- I feel that the "Moderated By: Moderators" could be removed from the couple boards that have it. It's unnecessary honestly. It's kind of pointless, as it can be assumed that the moderators moderate the forum. Terminology tells us that, it doesn't really need to be pointed out.
- I feel your favicon could be improved. It doesn't look that great, and it looks cut off a bit actually. I think the favicon should match the logo. It's also a little too dark. It seems to be darker than the forum's color scheme.
- Statistics still seem to be lacking. You'll need to work on it overtime. It's certainly a work in progress though. Improvements are guaranteed if you keep up the good work.
Final/General Thoughts
You seem committed to the forum. That's excellent. Keep working on it and you'll find success eventually. Don't give up. Good luck!
