Food Combinations

What weird food combinations have you tried, and are there any that you actually enjoy?

I love Minestrone soup. Spaghetti made as a soup, with elbow noodles and ground beef, mixed in with various types of veggies. Don't get me wrong, it may sound weird to have veggies mixed in with your tomato based spaghetti, but it is pretty good tasting if you have it seasoned just right.

Chicken and rice.

Not really a weird combination there, as there is a ton of foods that use rice and chicken together, with other things like mixed vegetables.
