I want to go ahead and thank anyone that reads and replies to this.

Alright guys. This started about four days ago and I'm not sure what the cause was but the heel of my foot was hurting. I believe it was due to cuts in the back of my heel.

For the next two days I walked on the ball of my foot to avoid the pain and iced the heal and kept it safe by avoiding pressure.

The heel pain stopped after about two days and now feels fine, besides the cuts which aren't major pain anymore.

Now I have a new problem, the ball of my foot is killing me. It seemed to happen as the heel pain went away. But I was walking on the ball of my foot in a shoe that wasn't very comfortable for two days straight.

Now it aches where the toes and the rest of the foot meet up. Primary near the middle of the ball of the foot and under the toes. I'm really struggling getting around. I've iced it, been using pain relieving creams, and aspirin. It works but its not completely getting rid of the pain.

Can anyone identify my problem and possibly some simple solutions. Buying things that are expensive or changing the way I live are not solutions I can do.

There is no simple solution. You may have nerve/tendon issues. The best thing to do is to see a doctor when possible.

That would suck and isn't really possible.

I mean I'm hating myself because I don't see how it could be too serious when its due to walking on my ball for two days. Just sucks.

Thanks for the reply man. I took two Aleve and it feels better than it has for a while. Probably one of the worst physical pains I've had to deal with in my life.

Try just staying off your feet for a while (not easy, but try) it'll probably all clear up.

I'm trying. I've got so much to do though and its really tough, I know I'm not making it better ;/.

I'm going to keep icing, popping pills, rubbing creams, and hope it gets better. 😉

Hope you get better. I wouldn't want a foot problem either since I love playing soccer.
