Not bad.. I would advise the following though.. take it or leave it..
-The featured video above the forums just looks bad.. either put it in the footer or remove it from the forum index
-Darken your text.. it's very hard to read
-Make/Find higher quality on/off (new post/no new post) images

Very nice, I am a big NFL fan myself. The skin doesn't seem to come across to me as an NFL forum though. Also, this is like the worst possible time to create an NFL forum, as it's now the off-season.
Yes it is the off season, but we plan to build up during the off season and have a good size community when the season starts. Thanks for all of the suggestions guys.
