There are obviously plenty of sport/football forums out there, but would you join a new site that was specifically for the Barclays/English Premier League? Whilst the site would have section for each team, there'd also be areas for all fans to come together and discuss matches and what's going on in the league. I haven't actually come across a site for just epl fans. 🙂
