First Impressions & Appearance
I like the four different players in your logo/banner, they fit in well with the genre of your forum, however I didn't think the green text blends well. For a start the reflection isn't done right as some of the letters are on top of the reflection. In my opinion, I think it would look better if the text was smaller and the reflection was 2-3 pixels further down. The theme looks great, I like the color of it as it's not too bright. the thing that bothers me is the huge space at the top which holds the login and the advertisements. nearly 1/4 of the page is dedicated to the box at the top, I think this could be shortened and the advertisements made smaller.

Site Layout
I see you have a section for all the discussion needed for Football, which is great. You haven't got too many categories for the size of the forum. Do think you could make the forum more unique by renaming the titles. For an example, I could suggest changing 'New Members' to something like 'New Players', but that is just my opinion. I like the scroll speed of your affiliates box, it's not too fast, so we can all read and check out the various images. However, the 'Affiliates' image to the left doesn't blend well with the other icons used for the boxes below. I would suggest making that image 50x50px, and an icon can be found by searching various websites such as iconarchive.com. I would also suggest making the 'Staff Affiliates' table the same width as everything else. Just now it's wider by around 2px on each side. The 'GFX Staff' username color doesn't blend very well with the theme, it's hard to read. I would suggest making it a more darker shade of pink.

Statistics and Activity
For being open 27 days, you have 435 posts. While this isn't necessarily bad, I still think you could improve on promoting the forum more and making more topics yourself. You have 102 posts, and with it being open 27 days, that makes your post count around 3-4 a day. It's not a huge amount, but I definitely think you could improve on this, especially as your forum gains more traffic. Another of my concerns is that you have more discussion going on around the sections which don't relate to Football. I could definitely see this improving if more topics were to be created in the Football sections.

Staff Moderation
I can see no evidence of any SPAM, flaming or anything of the sort going on around the forum and I can only assume you have everything under control. Your Global Moderator hasn't been on for the last 4 days, which isn't very good for a member of staff. However, I appreciate that there could be a reason for this, but I am only commenting on what I can see. I would suggest that the member of your 'GFX Staff' submit tutorials and also some of their work for people to see. This could improve on requests submitted by members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I couldn't really see any mistakes in your forum titles or descriptions. I only found one mistake were you didn't use a capital letter after "What to show off you graphic skills? do you". Looking through your posts, I couldn't see any sign of mistakes on both the spelling and grammar side. I would suggest that you cut down on the exclamation mark though.You have it on nearly all your announcement titles and on the end of most of the forum descriptions.
