First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First off, the banner is the main thing that got my attention. While it is sort of basic, it's still appealing to the eyes. The colors of the forum is very nice, and very appealing to the eyes.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I feel you've crowded the section between the top table, and the actual categories. You have a welcome message, a sign up banner, an enroll now text spot, and a spot for Facebook and Twitter.
That is just overly crowded. I'd advise moving some of them to maybe the bottom of the forum.
I really like the tabbed categories. Shows more organization.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has over 7K posts, with over 200 members. Most of your members seem to post and log on allot. I noticed one of your sections,
Blue Square Bet Leagues has zero posts in it. To a guest, it's unappealing to see empty sections on a forum. I'd maybe add a topic there, even if it's just a sticky.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Including yourself, there are 6 staff members. One of which, is the main admin account, which I'm guessing you seldom use. I would, if possible, remove the main admin account from the members list. This way, it helps prevent people from knowing there is a separate admin account.
It's good to see all of your staff are active posters and helpful around the community

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
On official announcements, the description is
Any announcements from our forums will be posted in this section. New forum features and updates will be announced here as well.
I'd think that new features and updates would count as announcements, so I would remove the bold section. One thing I noticed about most of your board descriptions is they mostly all say "post it here". Most people realize that's what is discussed, so why have "post it here" in the descriptions?
