I used to take part in this on another forum and it was extremely popular so lets play.....
Forum Promotion Football Prediction League 2010/11

Here's how it works...
- Every week I will post all the English Premier League football fixtures for the following footie week in this thread.
- Then you copy and paste the list and edit the scores to match your own predictions
- The following week I will post The Forum Members League Table here along with the next set of Fixtures for the coming week
And so on, and so on...
Scoring
- Each member will score 3 points for any game that they predict the CORRECT SCORE in.
- Each member will score 1 point for any game that they predict the CORRECT RESULT in.
(i.e. if the score prediction was incorrect but the score they gave matched the RESULT of the game, e.g. a member predicts Arsenal to beat Man Utd 2-0, but Arsenal beat Man Utd 1-0, then the RESULT is the same i.e. 1 point)
- So it is possible to score 4 points for every game.
Rules
- No entries after the first game of the week kicks off (this rule isn't strict, entries may be posted after the deadline, but the predictions for the finished/started matches will be ignored)
- Any member can play regardless of football knowledge etc (it's only a bit of fun)
- Any member can join the League at any week they choose
- posted predictions will be written down before kick off on the Saturday so that no editing can take place after the matches.
- If you want a weekly reminder about this game PM me with your name and I'll give you a prod each week.
League Table
If members have the same amount of points, the person with the most correct score predictions will go higher, then correct result predictions, then alphabetical order...
