Pros

The theme is great! Congrats on finding it, but I don't think it's fitting to the niche of your forum (see below).
You have a board for every topic possible about football, so hopefully no hooligans will come stomping through complaining!

Overall it's an attractive board, congrats.


Cons

Activity is low. I know you asked for it not to be commented on but I thought it may be worthwhile sticking it on there.
The theme isn't fitting to the niche. Football shirts are all about the colour, so why not find a bright theme that will suit your great logo and still look nice!

The domain is a problem. I have a good memory but I think that you wouldn't be getting much organic (from search engines) traffic with a subdomain unfortunately. Once the forum grows, try to buy a TLD (even a .info from FP [2000FP]). This will benefit you greatly in the future.
