Pros
You have a nice blue theme. Good job selecting your theme. Also, I like that you only have one off topic board, this encourages members to post in the on topic boards.
Cons
I like your banner, but it takes up almost my entire screen. I think you should resize it and make it a bit smaller so that new members don’t have to scroll down to see the actual content of the forum.
You don’t have one single post, which looks terrible, there is no way I would join a forum without a single post. You should fill up the boards with at least 5 topics per board. Then do some exchanges to get the forum started. As no boards have any topics right now it’s hard to say what to merge, but if any boards are struggling when you get the forum active it probably should be merged.
You don’t really need media AND unrelated, you should merge the two and bring photos and videos into the unrelated category, you could call it Media and Unrelated. I don’t see the point in having Recycle Bin, I think this should be staff only as there’s really no point in members being able to see it and it only clutters the forum.
You have no staff. Before opening I think you should try and get a moderator to help out, until the site grows one moderator should be enough.
Your board icons are still the default, they are boring and plain, I think you should try to get some custom one’s made. Or you could just use a picture of a ball, it would look much better than the default and wouldn’t be hard to get one.
Final/General Thoughts
Before opening you really need to post and fill up the boards. If you do this your forum will be much more likely to succeed.
