But this domain won't be suitable to start a Forum with, as there is already an established forum with too similar domain. 😀

You wanted to say that the type-in traffic from the "S" version most likely will not convert, as members most of the time are loyal to their community. But other than that, I don't see problems starting a forum at all. There are so many examples of successful 'parallel' communities, see dogforum.com & dogforums.com. Also the benefit of singular version is that it tends to have reasonably higher search volume. For example in our case, "admin forum" gets 880 exact-match searches every month in contrast to 140 for "admin forums", according to Google.

That is true and all but it would be harder to set your forum up with a similar domain to an already established forum, I'm in no way trying to put people off from buying it as I know I already had several chances to aqquire this domain name in the past but forgot about it completely.

According to google we already rank high for "admin forum" and "admin forums" so the "S" in our domain is having little to no difference from my side as we are occupying both search terms.
