Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First thing I noticed was the banner. It is not very good. It is way too simple. The text is great however, I would recommend adding a gradient or something to the background color (currently light blue).
Another thing I noticed was the text that encourages users to post. You say "Vote For our Site To gain more members!" and then right below it you say "Please Vote for our forum
🙂". You really should only have one of these comments. It just looks a little repetitive when you have both comments. One on top, one on bottom. You could always combine the two of them into "Please vote for our forum! Voting for our forum will help us gain new members!" or something like that.
Also next to the login box there is a checkbox and next to it says "Hat?rla". I have no idea what that means, but I recommend you change it something in English.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
There's really a lot of things going on on your board. You have a lot of forums. Your Package HQ. This is what users really want. I recommend that you move it to the top under Basic Advertising. I have a feeling you didn't do this because it would be copying FP. However, putting the Package HQ under basic advertising is pretty logical. It will be the most used forum and will help members with new sites the most.
Featured Forums. Kind of copies FP a little because I am pretty sure it was one of the most unique things around here. However, it is a nice way for sites to advertise and I am in no way trying to tell you to remove it. However, as you get more and more requests in that section you are going to see that having featured forums displayed at the top of your board is going to push your content down the page. I would recommend putting the featured forums at the bottom of the page. Your content should come first. It's your site. (This is more about your description and your service, not the name of it or the placement of the forum on your board). You already have one ad on the top and it kind of takes away from your forum. You should change the placement of the featured ads/forums.
Advertising and Services. The same exact name that FP uses!
Exchanges & Extras. Again, FP has the same exact name. Why did you use an & symbol here instead of a using the word and like the category above. Makes me wonder.
Your Chill Zone. You are a promotion board, not a discussion board. Your site should basically be all about forums, services, and websites. There is no need for a Chill Zone. You don't need a gaming area. If you are going to keep the GFX Forum you should get rid of all of the subforums. You are a promotion board, NOT a graphics board!
In my opinion, your Chill Zone should be taken out completely. Or you could just make one forum called 'General' or 'Other' or 'Random'.. And your whole Chill Zone would take place in that one area.
Also, you should NEVER have forum games as a main section. If you are going to have it then at least make it a subforum.
Feedback and Suggestions should be merged into one. They are the same exact thing pretty much.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It's kind of funny actually. I went to your profile:
Total Posts: 1,567
However, your board statistics says this:
Our members have made a total of 509 posts in 111 threads.
It kind of makes me think that you edited your post count to make it look like you are more active than you really are.
If your forum really does have 509 posts then good job on getting all of those posts in 14 days.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well you have 1 admin, 2 global moderators, and 1 moderator. So 4 staff in total. That would be great if your forum was much bigger however, since your board is still new and doesn't have that much activity on a daily basis there is really no need for that much staff. Honestly, I think you should have:
1 admin (you)
1 global moderator.
1 moderator.
You could even live with you and one global moderator. Make the other 2 staff members part of the service team. I have ran a promotion board and without reviewers, package team members, etc etc it was very hard to run. I had a few moderators which was good, but they were there for moderation, not to fulfill the duties that are required to complete a service.

Feedbacks. That is not a word. You should change this to 'Feedback'.

Well considering that you don't have a review team your description kind of misleads users. Then again the service is offline. You should consider getting rid of that forum until you have a review team.
Besides that, no spelling or grammar mistakes.

Overall the board looks nice. I am not a fan of the layout of your board, but that can always be changed.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I like the icons displaying if a forum is active or not. It kind of looks like..well a blob really. It looks nice and it's unique.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Copying Forum Promotion's category names word for word, symbol for symbol. I hate when another board copies another board.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't join any more forums. However, to make me even a little inclined to join yours you could get some more activity and change the category names. You could also get rid of your Chill Zone.
