Your 'Thread Ads' are not really in every thread/topic, they're on top of each section, where all of the threads are located...

So, technically, they're section ads, which have been done before as well as the thread banner ads...

That banner is a temp I hope, because it doesn't match your theme/skin at all, maybe change the skin to match your banner or get a new banner to match your current theme?
