Forum Pros:
The skin and theme is really dark, which i like, cause it pretty much matches the forum's title, "Nocturnal". The forum seems to be well organized, with your boards and descriptions, thus far.
And, for only being open for a couple of days, You're forum is off to a great start. Most admins only dream of the activity you've managed to get started. Good Job on the progress so far.

Forum Cons:
Your banner needs a little something to it. Something that might match up; would be an image of the night sky, with a full moon, surrounded by a blanket of clouds. The image i got in my head would be perfect; if i could just describe it, right, in words.
Custom icons are important too. Your New/Old posts Board icons, I'm referring to. Maybe try a full moon, for new posts; and an eclipse for No new posts. I think those would look great.

The overall look, and how the skin refelects the title of the forum.

So far, the banner, which i know is a work in progress. Hopefully my suggestion on the banner, and icons, may help steer ya in the right direction.

Seems like the forum is off to a good start. I'm just not a fan of general discussion forum's myself. Though, others looking for a fresh start, may like the environment you have going on, there.
